Marcom Activation Manager (12 month contract)

Aim & Overview

The EA SPORTS – Marcom Activation Manager role supports some of the most-acclaimed sports franchises from EA SPORTS, including EA SPORTS Madden NFL, EA SPORTS NHL, and EA SPORTS UFC . In this role, you will help drive the execution of localized Brand Marketing campaigns for key markets outside of North America, applying best practices to deliver compelling campaigns and player narratives to players around the world.

The Marcom Activation Manager reports to the Sr. Manager, INTL Marketing and will manage daily partner and licensor marketing activations, international extensions of the global marketing plan, cross-functional operations and assist in the management of daily business operations.

Ideally, you are passionate about bringing signature marketing campaigns to life, helping to develop signature initiatives for specific markets and audiences, working with diverse groups to coordinate complex executions across multiple channels; and motivated to keep the overall business on track through operations that enable execution.

What You’ll be Doing:

- Assist the Sr. Manager, INTL Brand Marketing in developing and planning: (a) long-term strategy and plans for key markets; (b) signature initiatives for local marketing plans; (c) localized extensions of global creative and executions; and (d) budget investment and tracking.

- Daily/weekly partner and licensor activation management , including content tracking and distribution and management of supporting agencies.

- International campaign management , including the localized deployment of global marketing campaign beats within international markets.

- Cross-functional operations , including creation and deployment of localized campaigns, content localization, and trafficking of content for deployment in relevant markets.

- Operations and administrative for Brand Marketing , including partnering with Finance, Legal, and Business Affairs teams to create purchase orders, track budget and payment statuses, and manage the activations guaranteed in partnership contracts.

- Campaign measurement and postmortems to assess performance, communicate learnings and form a perspective on optimization.
