Job Description:
We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Manager of Tax and Treasury with the following credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with full-charge ownership / supervision of the income tax reporting process including income tax provisions, indirect taxes (domestic and foreign), intercompany settlement / transfer pricing, and working with (and managing) third party service providers involved in corporate taxes.
- Minimum of 10 years’ practical working experience overseeing a combination of income and indirect taxes.
- Minimum of 10 years’ interacting / corresponding with internal, external, and regulatory auditors.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in general treasury accounting & cash management.
- A CPA is required for this role (inactive status is acceptable).
- Knowledge of NetSuite or other comparable general ledger systems.
Starting Total Compensation: 200,000 (Base + Bonus + Equity)
