Manager of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

As the Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), you'll partner across the company to help Roblox balance innovation with the appropriate amount of security risk and you will have the ability to build a team to tackle three main areas. First, we have a complex set of compliance challenges where we want to standardize our security control set to meet our growing global compliance demands. Second, we need to operate thoughtfully using data to make security investment decisions so you'll have room to build a team to tackle quantified security risk assessments. Third, we have grown quickly and have big challenges in front of us. You will help us normalize how we use governance in a lightweight, context-aware culture focused on personal responsibility. You will bring your passion for security and great user experience to create an inclusive, compassionate, and driven organization.

• A great security leader: You have already led teams and know how to hire and grow great security engineers and GRC experts.
• Knowledgeable: You understand many domains of security and have knowledge to connect business challenges and security solutions. You can use your knowledge to challenge your team and stakeholders, as they will challenge you.
