The D&D Operations Quality Manager of Product Testing will play an integral role in executing the D&D Quality Strategy. The candidate will work with a large cross-section of functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that quality concerns are identified, escalated and remediated. The role will also provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and mentor junior quality associates.What you'll do
- Visible leader of cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of quality initiatives that reside within the D&D organization and within the broader organization
- Liaise with testing laboratories, internal test teams, and compliance stakeholders
- Represent Quality on program core teams to provide support and guidance on quality matters
- Manage testing strategies for product testing in various US markets
- Understand industry specific testing methodologies to deliver best in class product in Class III, Class II, VLT, and other Americas specific jurisdictional requirements
- Generate insightful reports for Senior Leadership that communicate the quality performance of assigned products
- Creates effective frameworks that help the organization plan and design quality into the product development cycle embracing the spirit of “Shift Left”
- Provides quality leadership to the Program Reviews to proactively identify quality concerns and escalates to Program Manager and D&D Quality Leader where necessary
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar experience
- 8+ Years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in people-centric management
- Gaming industry product testing experience required
- Gaming Testing Laboratory experience preferred (either Independent or State Test Lab)
- Understanding of industry standard testing and QC/QA processes
- Understanding of global gaming jurisdictions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using MS Office Suite products and dashboards via PowerBI
- Automation experience preferred
