We are looking for a Manager of Marketing Communications to join our team. This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Marketing at Amazon Games, with a high level of interaction with leaders across Publishing, Marketing, and PR.

In this role, you will lead our efforts to communicate internally with our growing global publishing organization and externally tell the story of our passionate teams and our work, as we strive to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

You will work with leadership and other stakeholders to develop an employee communication strategy that brings to life our vision and mission across all games and business initiatives. You will lead employee communications across a wide set of owned channels and help us tell the story of our work and teams, as you play a key role in the growth and expansion of our organization.

You bring demonstrated experience in Employee/Internal Communications in a consumer-facing business and will be responsible for:

· Development and management of content strategy for Amazon Games social channels, including LinkedIn and our website, to help us attract top talent
· Creating a platform to advance thought leadership across our owned channels, including bylines
· Internal communications, including Amazon Games Studios (AGS) All-Hands and internal announcements
· Developing and drafting an engagement cadence and establishing creative programs to better reach our teams regarding cultural moments, social issues, and business achievements
· Working closely with leadership to communicate organizational change and business updates
· Helping foster a cohesive culture of inclusion, transparency, and fun that reflect our love of games and play to our teams.
· Game related events – including live in-person and produced livestream events.

Basic Qualifications

· 8+ years of marketing experience working with multiple stakeholder groups across a matrixed environment
· 8+ years of games industry experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

· Passionate gamer with in-depth knowledge of live-service and games-at-scale
· Expansive leadership in evaluating, understanding and integrating various social/owned communications methods and approaches
· Deep experience providing counsel and clarity on complex issues to executive leaders
· Solutions oriented and able to bring clarity and solutions to complex issues and design new approaches where needed.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
