Manager of Executive Communications F/H/NB

Job Description

The Manager of Executive Communications is part of Ubisoft’s Global Communications team, reporting to The Senior Director of Corporate Communications, and collaborating closely with leaders across the company. The person in this role will develop the awareness and image of Ubisoft’s CEO and senior leadership team with both external and internal audiences. The ideal candidate will create and execute innovative, strategic communications plans that span channels and formats, align with Ubisoft’s business objectives and serve the company’s brand and reputation goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Co-developing annual communications plans for Ubisoft’s CEO and select top management with other members of the Internal Communications team, and leading in the creation of related materials, including emails, presentations, social media, speeches, videos and more.
• Directly supporting Ubisoft’s Chief Studios Operating Officer on her internal communications needs and external speaking opportunities.
• Partnering with key members of business, communications, marketing, partner, public affairs and studio teams to ensure consistent and coherent positioning and messaging for the CEO, CSOO and select top management across multiple campaigns, events and opportunities.
• Developing and managing the executive speaking platform, ensuring the inclusion of the appropriate member of Ubisoft’s top management in identified, relevant opportunities or ad-hoc requests.
• Liaising with communications leads and external and internal subject-matter experts to distill complex issues into storytelling opportunities that can be leveraged by Ubisoft’s top management.
• Determining and implementing consistent, standardized KPIs for executive communications across the company.

Qualifications

The person in this role should have an analytical mind and creative spirit, attention to detail, the ability to tackle tasks big and small and keep calm under pressure, and dedication to driving demonstrable results. They also should possess intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in the entertainment and technology industries. Also, this role requires:

• A strong communications experience, with at least a few years’ experience directly supporting executive leadership or top management of a company.
• Native or fluent French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages. Additional languages are a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective and influential relationships with leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Command of content creation and storytelling best practices using multiple channels, formats and tools.
• Impeccable organization, self-sufficiency, and ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines across different projects.
• An adaptable team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humor.
