Summary

What You'll Do

• Visible leader of cross-functional teams in the delivery of stabilized deployment pipeline of work
• End to end ownership to work with delivery team and QA team to make sure the deployments as well as quality checks are done in entirety.
• Generates insightful reports for Senior Leadership that communicate the quality performance of products & services.
• Creates/establishes effective frameworks that help the organization plan and design quality into the product development, delivery, and support cycle embracing the spirit of “Shift Left”
• Provides quality leadership to the Program Reviews to proactively identify quality risks/concerns and escalate to delivery leads/stakeholders where necessary and identify resolution
• Be a quality Catalyst, identify the gaps and strengthen the processes for all deliverables from RGS organization.
• Works within business unit to build and maintain schedules, considering dependencies across application, platform, Integration, Quality and development teams to ensure successful product release.
• Efficient resource planning and scheduling by managing priorities based on the timelines, resource loads and what-if analysis information for the successful completion of specific project goals and objective.
• Maintains dependency plan between planned sprints across teams.
• Remove blockers, help the team increase velocity, promote continuous communication, and cross team collaboration.
• Understand jurisdictional aspects to be able to manage the application configuration respective to a particular jurisdiction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• 8+ years relevant experience in Software, Software Quality, Software Testing, Product Quality for Mobile Apps, or similar
• 3+ years leading a team or group function that supports software product quality, software testing, software product development or software product deployment
• Understanding of industry-standard development, quality control, testing, automation, and quality assurance tools, processes, and best practices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline using any tool like Jenkins
• Project management experience in effectively managing, reporting and driving end to end work pipelines
• Good understanding of the Mobile Gaming Industry is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership skills and passion for cultivating a culture of customer-first quality
• Understanding and experience in Agile work environment
• PMP/Prince 2 Certification is preferred.
• Scrum/Agile certifications are preferred.
