Manager, Technical Account Managers

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of experienced Technical Account Managers! As a manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the account base for your region, evolving and maturing the department, and developing a team of Technical Account Managers.

Your team will be focused on our Unity Gaming Services suite, with a particular emphasis on game server hosting and player communications. They will be partnering with dedicated clients to understand their requirements and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. They will also build and manage tasks, project plans, and key milestones for us and our clients by collaborating with our teams of software developers, product managers, and support engineers. What you’ll be doing

• Work with your team to oversee the smooth planning and operation across the client base
• Communicate common themes from the client base to our internal teams to inform our product strategy
• Serve as an escalation point for customer challenges
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes, workflow, and team structure
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams at Unity

What we’re looking for

• Experience in software development, preferably in the game industry
• Proven experience of leading a team of Technical Account Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Producer
• Strong organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
