Your Mission

The Manager, Strategy and Operations position is a unique, critical, and highly visible leadership role at Activision, the team behind Call of Duty and other award-winning titles. This role is anticipated to be assigned as a hybrid work model position, with some work on-site at an Activision Blizzard office and some work remote.

As a Manager, Strategy and Operations you will be responsible for analyzing and developing strategies to improve business performance and drive growth. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, marketing professionals, and studio support leaders to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $111,780.00 - $206,882.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
