Manager, Physical Security Operations

Zynga Physical Security team is growing and is seeking an experienced Physical Security Operations Manager who will play a critical role in keeping Zynga employees safe and secure. This position will work with cross-functional teams to support physical security operations, planning and training globally. This position is based in San Francisco and will require domestic travel.
Main Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for assisting in investigations, health and safety compliance, security risk management, travel safety, event security, security budgeting, crisis management, emergency response and physical security systems management.
- Manage day-to-day security operations for regional offices with particular focus in San Francisco.
- Under direction from the Head of Zynga security, document security protocols and guidelines for regional locations including standards, operations, guard deployment, technical solutions, training, and emergency preparedness.
- Partner with WPS team members as well as other Zynga teams such as Legal and People Ops.
- Work closely with Head of Security to assist in the deployment of security systems, guard force deployment and technology at regional offices.
- Maintain regular communications with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that all parties are well informed.
- Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing safety and security operations.
- Prior security, military or law enforcement experience desired.
- Experience using Lenel access control system.
- Experience developing security and safety programs and incident response plans.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
- Experience working with vendors and managing a contracted guard force.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office and Google applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
