Manager, People Operations

AppLovin is looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to join our growing global team. In this role, you'll be helping our team develop and scale our People focused processes and workplaces. You will provide amazing employee experience as we continue to expand and evolve as a growing international company.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the delivery and effectiveness of several core People processes and responsibilities across employee life-cycle activities, including: compliance / policy management, and employee engagement
• Manage international (non-US) employee mobility processes including relocation, immigration, and tax mobility coordination
• Oversee international (non-US) contingent workforce management and vendor relationships
• Manage a global team of office managers to ensure a positive environment for AppLovin workers
• Support Places Team initiatives, including identifying new office locations as needed, maintaining relationships with property management companies and vendors, coordinating office moves, and ensuring the teams on the ground have what they need to be successful
• Apply strong knowledge of employment law across EU locations, EU immigration, benefits (pension schemes, health insurance, social insurance systems), and associated benefit in kind treatments
• Understand People strategy and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to business needs
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and requirements to minimize risk and exposure to the company; manage compliance filings (e.g., annual employment and labour bureau reporting, Health & Safety Risk reporting etc)
• Support related AppLovin partner companies / studios to align People processes and leverage existing resources
• Collaborate with team members and across functions to develop, document and implement new programs, processes, and initiatives

Your background and who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of work experience in People Operations, or related HR function
• HR certifications are a plus
• Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS) platform supporting preferred
• Knowledge of benefits and compensation (including equity compensation) is a plus
• Strong project management experience with ability to drive cross functional teams
• Advanced workplace management experience a plus
• Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems with strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
