The opportunity

Game Services provides a suite of connected services, matchmaking, voice chat, content delivery, and hybrid game server hosting solutions for the world’s biggest games, allowing our customers to focus on crafting outstanding content for their living games.
Unity is looking for a highly motivated leader for our technical customer-facing team. Our Partner Managers have a balanced blend of technical expertise, commercial sensitivity, project management, and customer experience skills. Working together with our Client Partners, they act as trusted advisers to our prospective customers, providing advice on our product offerings, standard methodologies, implementation through production, and beyond.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and mentor your team on the best approach to navigate the customer journey from end to end, while developing their balanced skillset
- Set strategy for the territory to improve adoption of existing & new game services products, contributing to the revenue growth strategy
- Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate fixes, improvements, or adjustments to drive customer success
- Identify, supervise, and analyze critical metrics for Game Services accounts to ensure customer happiness
- Prepare internal & external communication updates to partners on the progress of customer game lifecycle development
What we’re looking for
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working on Live Services and accompanying technologies
- Ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment and drive relevant next steps
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal partners
- Technical Background in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Live Services
You might also have
- Experience in leading a technical team, running large scale projects, with a background in Solution Engineering or Technical Account Management
- Knowledge of the Video Games industry
- Ability to read Code (C#, C++, Perl, GoLang)
