Job Description
Are you passionate about building diversity and driving an inclusion platform? Are looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise in inclusion and strategic thinking? Do you like working in a fast paced, creative, and dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated Manager for our Office of Inclusion. As a Manager for the Office of Inclusion you will work closely with the Director of Magic Leap’s Inclusion Office to develop and drive our inclusion strategy and plans. This includes program development and delivery, managing internal and external relationships, influencing internal processes and procedures, and being a thought partner to the Director of the Office of Inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Advance Magic Leap’s inclusion strategy.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to influence continued commitment to building diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with the People Team to influence continued commitment to inclusive talent practices and policies including talent management, learning, and leadership development.
- Build our inclusion brand internally and externally.
- Create and deliver inclusion programming (i.e., drive sponsorship program, create new programs, partner with community and national organizations to advance inclusion.
- Drive key inclusion priorities within Magic Leap including guiding and providing governance for our employee resource groups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience in Diversity & Inclusion and related fields (experience with leadership development is a plus, background in working in global organizations is also a plus).
- Adept at thinking creatively and delivering on priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with EEOC regulations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Can lead through ambiguity.
- Able to work with sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- MBA, Master’s in HR, or a related field of study is preferred
