Manager, Mobile Platform Partnerships

Position Overview:

The “Manager of Mobile Platform Partnerships” is an incredible opportunity where you guide the strategic relationships with our platform partners, Apple and Google. Reporting to the Director of Mobile Business Management, in this highly -collaborative role, you not only work with internal teams (game studios, marketing, analytics , creative ) but also work directly with the largest tech companies in the world. You are a “people-person,” who shows both strong communication and problem-solving skills . We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude , who takes pride in their work , and can be the face of EA with our most important external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Be the “face of EA,” and manage the daily relationships with Apple and Google advocating for EA’s mobile business.
• Manage merchandising efforts for priority games and new launches. This includes general execution, analyzing performance and optimizing efforts based on data-driven insights.
• Obtain an understanding of each platform (technologies, features, policies), and consult game studios on best practices to help ensure the success of our games.
• Share business performance and insights with first-party partners regularly , to grow EA’s Mobile business.
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities with Apple and Google, assess value to EA, and implement these projects from start to finish.
• Communicate relevant platform information across the organization to appropriate team members.
• Manage daily requests from broader EA teams and help resolve platform-related issues.

Requirements:

• Education: BA / BS required
• 4+ years experience working in a digital entertainment or tech industry. Experience in mobile gaming is a plus.
• A passion for technology and familiarity of the mobile gaming landscape
• Understanding and experience with the Apple App Store and Google Play marketplaces
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in Excel (can perform basic analyses) and Powerpoint (can create clear and polished presentations). Photoshop skills are a plus.
