Job Title: Manager, Localization Management (Japanese-English bilingual)
Job Summary: This role will work with a variety of internal as well as external stakeholders in Japan, US and Europe, including our parent company in Japan to assure the smooth operation in localization and support the expansion of TPCi businesses.

What you’ll do
- Work with Director, Localization Management, to seek for the areas to stabilize, support and expand cross-department collaboration and initiate the executions and implementations of said practices
- Support Director, Localization Management, in handling variety of ad-hoc tasks/projects when needed
- Manage the Localization Technical Specialists in Seattle office
- Seek for the area to strengthen and execute the support to videogame marketing activities by closely working with Videogame Marketing team
- Facilitate cross-team conversation or initiatives as needed
- Support Organized Play and live-ops related coordination
- Support vendor management as needed
What you’ll bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
- Six (6) or more years of project management experience
- One (1) or more years of people management experience
- Technical knowledge about general PCs, Nintendo hardware, Mobile devices
- Videogame related technical knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience in videogame localization is a plus
- Bachelors degree required
- Self-starter, with strong organizational skills
- Problem solver and negotiator between the conflicting interests among the teams and/or stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Great team player in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel internationally up to 5% of time

- Base salary range: $109,000.00 - $163,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. It is common for TPCi to start employees below the midpoint of the range. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
