Your Mission

The Manager, People Technology provides leadership and champions collaboration across the HR organization and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, maintain, communicate, and train the organization to effectively leverage our HR Technology Solutions, while also ensuring data integrity, security and operational perfection. Additionally, this role will partner with the HR specialist functions including HR Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure high quality execution of HR programs and processes.

HR Systems in use include Workday (Core HCM, Recruit, Onboarding, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting, Benefits and Security), SABA (LMS), Eightfold (CRM), Phenom People (career sites).

The position will be based in Southern California and report to the Sr. Manager, HR Technology. The role will be primarily focused on and require in depth experience in Core HCM, US Benefits, Reporting, Security, Time Tracking and Absence. The position will also manage a team of HR Technology Analysts and is responsible for the appropriate handling of highly confidential matters and materials.
