Manager, Growth Marketing

Work From Anywhere in the U.S. - Remote Friendly Role-Chicago/Midwest Preferred

Level Ex is looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this individual contributor role is for someone who likes to test and measure the impact of their work. You will deploy marketing messages to keep our audiences engaged and help us achieve our goals. You understand the details behind building campaigns and how they tie into the bigger user journey.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement with our audiences. (You will focus on email marketing but also include push notifications and in-app messages.)
• Write and adapt content for marketing email campaigns
• Build messaging delivery, including content setup, segmentation, QA, and reporting
• Manage ongoing optimization of programs by designing comprehensive, measurable A/B tests
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to develop campaign briefs that guide creative development
• Communicate key learnings, actionable insights, and recommendations of new opportunities to leadership
• Partner with our analytics and product teams to improve data for customer segmentation and personalization
• Be the internal subject matter expert on messaging engagement best practices and provide guidance on the product roadmap based on industry changes

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of engagement marketing experience
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycles and journey building
• Experience with B2B marketing, both lead generation and retention
• Experience with marketing automation software and ESPs
• Experience working with creative teams, including creative brief development
• Results-driven, with a keen focus on understanding the business's economic drivers and prioritizing efforts accordingly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
