Manager, Growth Marketing

GSN Games, the leading developer in mobile and social games, is seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing based in Tel Aviv (or a similar time zone) to champion our growth marketing program supporting our Social Casino portfolio of games. The candidate must have a passion for optimizing world-class mobile games and be interested in unlocking new opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member in the Marketing Team, your goal (and success) will be taking our mobile games to millions of passionate gamers around the world, working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Senior Management teams to lead all marketing plans and strategies. Our ideal candidate has some intensive, hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns at volume, with experience at an agency - or even better, a game company - but now you’re looking to use your experience on a top 50 game. You know how to use your instincts to get to the best jumping-off point, but you’ve learned to embrace data that tells you what’s *really* effective. You will:
- Be the main point of contact for the game teams on all things relating to marketing
- Own the creation of the short and long term strategies and alignment of the stakeholders and the execution of the plan with relevant stakeholders
- Work with all the relevant stakeholders to develop and get buy in on unified marketing plans
- Be responsible for the communication and transparency of the strategies you develop
- Developing and managing the budget to support an effective and efficient execution of your plans
- Working with the UA Team to coordinate the paid media goals and execution
- Working with the Creative Team to develop the game’s brand identity and creative strategy
- Working with the CRM Team to develop the game-level strategy
- Working with the Data Team to champion all Marketing reporting and analysis needs
- Working with the Product Team to align on priorities and initiatives
- Presenting results to the studio and management
About You:
- 5 - 7 years experience working in mobile, direct-response advertising campaigns
- 2 - 4 years of experience managing a team
- Strong experience and track record with growing in-app mobile performance and managing partnerships to successfully hit campaign targets.
- A “growth mindset” and a desire strategic planning
- Ability to work independently and cross collaboratively, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Strong critical thinking skills and experience working in a metrics-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate results both verbally and written
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Creative problem solver
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on mobile social casino games
- Hands on experience with SQL: leveraging and mining data tables to pull together data needs from multiple sources
- Experience using Tableau or other data visualization platforms
- Experience working at a mobile gaming company
