Manager - Field QualitySummary
The Manager – Field Quality will assist in the development and management of our Enterprise Issue Management framework, which supports Aristocrat’s Anaxi, PxU and Gaming businesses. Once developed, the Manager – Field Quality will be responsible for all activities related to field quality issues across all of Aristocrat’s businesses, globally. When workstream improvements that advance quality outcomes are identified, these will be pursued with the relevant stakeholders and reported to senior management.What You'll Do
- Define and support execution of the company's Field Quality Management strategy and procedures – globally, across PxU, Aristocrat Gaming and Anaxi.
- Ensure prompt response and action in relation to field issues of a critical nature, including direct intervention and management as needed.
- Oversee investigations related to Field Quality activities.
- Assign Field Issue Coordinators for management of specific issues.
- Maintain and improve the processes, systems and infrastructure that support Field Quality Management.
- Implement procedures for quality baselining and continuous improvement.
- Drive quality improvement efforts in upstream activities to aid advances in quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Compliance, Product Design & Development, CXS, Aristocrat Labs (A-Labs) , Tech Services, and Quality to ensure a coherent approach to issue resolution activities.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the performance and skill level of supporting team members.
- Ensure appropriate coordination and tracking to resolution of all Field Quality issues.
- Coordinate and Approve QARs
- Engage with New Products to ensure quality launch of Product through the use and improvements of Enterprise Quality frameworks
- Update and Maintain Documentation on the Quality SharePoint site and associated document control systems
- Conduct a weekly Critical Issues meeting, reviewing and updating status
- Conduct a weekly Critical and High Priority Issues meeting with key PxU, Anaxi and Aristocrat Gaming stakeholders, providing reviews and updates to related initiative and statuses
- Conduct a Monthly Review of Issues with European Stakeholders
- Conduct a Monthly Review of issues with MacAsia Stakeholders
- Create new Monthly Field Fault Report for both Engineering and IC Quality. Send Updates Monthly
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Testing, Product Quality or similar roles
- Significant experience initiating and maintaining organization-wide processes and systems
- Technical understanding of product technology stacks, integration points, and dependencies
- Familiarity with a range of hardware technologies, design practices, and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and interpretations
- Experienced in failure investigations and reporting – hardware or software
- Ability to collaborate with a broad range of organization stakeholders on issue management and investigation
- Experience in managing direct and indirect team members in a cross functional environment with multiple competing priorities
- Experience in partnering and collaborating in various settings with diverse audiences
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, energetic and innovative environment
- Familiarity with workflow process and corporate management systems: ERP, CRM, QMS, JIRA, etc.
- Gaming domain knowledge is an advantage
- Software testing experience is an advantage
