Manager / Deputy Manager– Talent Acquisition

Summary

• Responsible for Leadership hiring for end-to-end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins.
• Work closely with Senior Management, Business Heads across multiple game studios for an end-to-end recruitment plan, delivery and highly appreciated for the quality of work.
• Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
• Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
• Understand the industry and environment the business operates in.
• Build a strong talent pipeline
• Team Management: Handling a team of few recruiters to deliver on daily tasks for Mid Managerial positions.
• Responsible for presenting weekly/monthly HR dashboards related to hiring and other ad hoc requests.
