Manager, Content (Brand and Partners) - Design Home

The Role:
As a Content Manager in the Design Home Content Team, you will oversee the Brands and Partners production roadmap. You will be responsible for all of the live content, partner campaigns and high-end furniture brands currently available in Design Home. This role will be a key driver in short to medium term brand strategies to ensure Design Home has the right brand priority, effective mutually beneficial campaigns and engagements that will lead to the long term health of the game.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage in-app asset production, merchandising, and partner campaigns
- Partner with Business Development team on managing brand relationships and serve as the day-to-day contact for brands
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations for Design Home’s inventory pipeline
- Implement short to medium term engagement strategies for all Design Home brands
- Work alongside Content Leadership to drive key KPIs and increase player happiness
- Manage one or more junior team members
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information and the sharing of best practices.
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, inventory management, content management, project management, mobile apps or similar
- 2+ years in merchandising or similar
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
- Proficiency in a Mac OS, Google Apps, spreadsheets
- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable addressing all levels within an organization
- Comfort in ambiguity, flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- BA/BS Degree
- Passion or experience in furniture, home decor or interior design, a plus
