Manager, Consumer and Partnerships Marketing

The Marketing Manager, Consumer and Partnerships Marketing, will join a growing team that builds and executes some of our most high profile and high impact campaigns. This team works closely with the Partnerships and BD teams, identifies and collaborates with brands, artists and educators to create go to market strategies, develops positioning, messaging and channel planning to educate and inspire engagement and measures impact. As the Marketing manager, you would be responsible for building strategic cross functional plans, scaling marketing support and driving education via B2B and B2C content. You would also drive execution of co-marketing and Roblox campaigns with all cross-functional counterparts to drive impact, with close collaboration with the cross functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate has outstanding marketing strategy and execution skills, with proven success in leading Consumer and/or Partnership Marketing.
You will::
- Collaborate across departments with key internal stakeholders to collaborate and coordinate, strategize, execute and measure identified partner and consumer GTM campaigns.
- Plug in directly with identified partners and use data informed best practices to recommend smart marketing collabs.
- Connect closely with insights and data teams to optimize and measure impact. ,
- Track progress of work and proactively turn blockers into opportunities for process optimization.
- Communicate program updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and creative teams to define roadmaps and clearly map out dependencies and timelines.
- Works closely with cross functional teams to drive decisions and resolve escalations.
- Keep up to date with best practices, partner developments and audience trends.
You have:
- 5+ years experience in the marketing and digital space.
- Partner focused: You have proven experience creating co-marketing campaigns and/or creating campaigns on platforms such as XBOX, Apple, etc. and with top brands, influencers and talent.
