Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director CRM, EMEA, your main missions will be:

1. LEAD OMNI CHANNEL & TRANSVERSAL STRATEGIES

· Drive player first approach for Ubisoft services (Store / Uplay / Uplay+)

· Main CRM point of contact for transversal topics such as Store, Uplay, Uplay+, Ubisoft Forward

· In coordination with our Data Science team, develop 360 vision of PC Players, Uplay+ Subscribers

· Define & deploy holistic player journeys for these services

· Drive CRM omni channel ambition

· Support the transition from disrupted experiences (throughout multi channels or game lifecycles) to 360 Omni-Channel player journeys

· Maximize the journey of our players regarding major events (Ubisoft Forward, E3, Gamescom) leveraging an impactful omni channel & multi brand strategy

· Support & accelerate the growth of APAC countries

· In coordination with our Data Science, CMK and local teams, develop 360 vision of our asian players

· Plan and deploy a dedicated treatment for those markets (identify new channels opportunities such as WeChat / Kakao)

2. ANTICIPATE FUTURE NEEDS AND GET READY TO ENHANCE OUR ACTIVITIES

· Expand hyper personalization

· Identify valuable & diversified content sources for our audience strategy

· Coordinate with Player Experience, Store, Customer Support, IT on transversal topics

· Define use cases that will improve significantly player experience within Ubisoft ecosystem

· Leverage Salesforce multi cloud capabilities to deploy 360 journeys with the Store and Customer Service teams

· Support innovation / impulse technology evolution

· Explore AI, scoring, PNL opportunities

· Feed the Ops Team with use cases that leverage existing and new channels opportunities

· Support change management

· spread a 360 vision of the player & develop a prospective vision of CRM activity

· share success stories and fails regularly to educate, inspire and get feedback from the rest of the team

· Inspire the rest of the team and support the change in the process & RACI
