Job Title: Manager, Art

Job Summary: The Manager, Art reports to the Sr. Manager, Art & Creative and will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Game Studio Art personnel and drive the art production for The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) game products. The Manager, Art’s primary responsibility will be to manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of internal artists including staffing, managing career development, performance assessment and reviews. In partnership with the Sr. Manager and Principal Creative you will help guide and develop the vision, visual direction, processes, and best practices for the Art Department. You will work closely with producers and cross-discipline managers to ensure resources, priorities and tasking are in alignment with schedules and milestone deliveries.
