Position Summary

OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE

Responsible for installing lottery terminals of all varieties and associated peripheral equipment. Contractors report to a team lead, usually a Field Engineer to obtain schedule and report completed jobs.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible for coordinating installation route
 Responsible for scheduling installations directly with retailers 24-48 hours in advance
 Responsible for reporting completion details including assets installed
 Responsible for providing pictures of each installation and uploading to specified repository
 Responsible for wearing SGI provided ID badge and dress according to local standards
 Responsible for providing own tools and vehicle
 Responsible for managing vehicle inventory as assigned by SGI

EDUCATION

 Minimum education
HS Diploma

 Years Experience
2 years in electronics field

 Essential special training requirements
General lottery operations including, retailer networks, ticket distribution. Technical knowledge of operating systems utilities used to diagnose and identify hardware and software problems and failures.

MS Office, MS Project and similar programs
Ability to travel extensively


 Other skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Basic LAN administration skills
Organization and time management skills
Technical Troubleshooting
