Logistics Coordinator

Summary

What You'll Do

As the The Logistics Coordinator you will coordinate shipments to our customers and manage return logistics to assist with the supply chain activities whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

You will ensure the effective, timely and management of shipments to meet customer requirements and lead and manage the positive experience of both internal stakeholders and external customers within the context of the Supply Chain. You will demonstrate a commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, efficient logistics network, reduced logistics cost and operational excellence.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate outgoing shipments in line with each Jurisdictions rules and regulations
• Co-ordinate reverse Logistics in line with each Jurisdictions rules and regulations for Trade in Gaming Machines and Spare parts
• Manage Gaming Machine Trade-in reports and metrics
• Manage record keeping process and procedure
• Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to support new product introduction, service logistic shipments and gaming show shipments
• Manage and process Tax invoices from Freight companies and suppliers.
• Co-ordinate Incoming and Outgoing shipments to Freight Forwarders Storage facilities
• Validate and align Cope sensitive freight Tax Invoices and process in AX system for management approval.
• Assist in managing Logistics activities for international exports and import shipments.
• Assist in resource planning scheduling service technician daily installing gaming machines and spare parts job activities.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to track shipments to support customer enquiries.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a logistics and warehousing is essential
• Advance Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Advance Excel experience
• Education or studies within the field would be highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• A positive attitude with a demonstrated customer service focus
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work autonomously
