Logistics Coordinator (Purchase Order Management) (12-month contract)

Summary of the role
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the TCG Logistics teams. This role supports both internal and external teams with timely and accurate transaction processing, as well as proactive and courteous communication to partners worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Assist logistics team with daily transactional purchase order receiving of components and finished goods in ERP system, MS Dynamix AX, in conjunction with vendor reporting
- Coordinate with internal and external partners (warehouses and vendors) around purchase orders, transfer orders and inbound/outbound shipments
- Assist logistics team with creating Purchase Orders in MS Dynamix AX, follow up on internal approvals and provide the PO’s to the requestors
- Item set up in MS Dynamix AX, and item information maintenance
- Request physical dimensions of product from vendors and upload and maintain information in ERP system
- Support team members in creating barcode files for the design department
- Run and maintain a weekly report to ensure shipping eligibility for ecommerce and TCG items
- Other duties as required
What You Will Bring
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Outlook and Excel
- Experience using MS Dynamics AX and Atlas 6.1 preferred
- Familiar with the Pokémon brand a plus
- Hard working, focused, quick, with great attention to detail; able to complete a high volume of work quickly with a low incidence of errors
- Positive attitude; enjoys finding the positive in challenging situations
- Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment
