Localization Program Specialist (M/NB/W) - CDD 1 year

Job Description
As part of a newly developed Team, we're looking for a Localization Program Specialist (M/NB/W) to join us. In this role, you will report to the Publishing Localisation Programs Manager and your responsibilities will include :
Localisation Internal Consulting:
- Work with all the stakeholders of the Localisation Program they are in charge of to recommend the localisation scopes considering potential, costs and players experience while understanding each teams’ constraints to adapt the Ubisoft strategy when necessary.
- Track the good evolution of projects influenced by our decisions and analyse the results.
- Follow-up all budgets and impacts to adapt our strategy when necessary.
- Design and maintain up to date the files built to facilitate the alignment with production and/or publishing of the Localisation Programs they oversee.
- Communicate efficiently with engagement hubs to share our strategy while gathering markets evolutions feedbacks and particular business needs.
- Benchmark the competition.
Operations & Tools Management:
- Develop good relationships with every stakeholder of the localisation programs to ensure enriching discussion, sharing of best practices, correct strategy application and develop the visibility of our strategy within Ubisoft.
- Ensure thorough and clear sharing of the information and updates to the relevant stakeholders and within the team.
- Accompany the teams in applying the strategy, auditing their processes, understanding their pain points.
- Manage contents and organisation of our team SharePoint platform.
- Closely work with the other localisation teams to review the results and impact of our decisions.
- Manage issues and crisis related to localisation within publishing and distribution.
Audit, Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop post-mortem analysis and use the learnings from working with the teams they are in charge to accompany to build and review the localisation process and strategy in the most efficient way for everyone.
- Work closely with the production localisation teams to be on the edge of new techs and tools that could help improving publishing localisation processes.
- Develop analysis, KPIs and reports for the localisation programs they are in charge to improve the agility in reviewing our strategy.
- Ensure good sharing of the learnings and strategy evolution within our team and to other impacted stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Successful track record of structuring, executing, and developing complex strategic projects that create significant value for all stakeholders
- A strong business acumen and a developed cost consciousness as well as demonstrated adaptability and dependability
- Ability to balance and execute multiple technical projects simultaneously, highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Proven ability to build relationships and connect with all levels of management to drive results
- Strong communication skills with experience explaining complex information, tailoring delivery based on audience, including the ability to work with international teams
- Strong time-management skills and demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English, French is a plus

This role is a fixed-term contract for a year, based in Saint-Mandé (Line 1).
