Role Overview:

The Localisation Test Manager is responsible for maintaining outstanding relationships with PlayStation Studios and other internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the Localisation Testing services provided by PlayStation QA meet their requirements.

They will work with other Test Managers and Service Owners to continue to develop, and roll out, global localisation test strategies and processes, and act as Global or Regional Service Owner (where assigned) to understand and represent localisation testing requirements and drive service improvement efforts.

The Localisation Test Manager is responsible for the fiscal management of the Localisation Testing Services on assigned titles, management for operational budgets of the Localisation Test functions, and collaborating with the Resource Manager and Vendor Management for efficient and effective resource planning.

The Localisation Test Manager is responsible for providing leadership and support to the Localisation Test Services teams, monitoring and managing relevant employee performance, ensuring performance is in accordance with the expected service levels.
