We are looking for talent interested in creating something bigger! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good passion for gaming. You will join a small and high performing team. You will be responsible for management of the culturalization of the team and/or vendor, ensuring that our games are optimized for the Japanese market. Through your work, you will help us deliver fun and entertaining games to the Japanese market.

Challenges / 業務

• Project manage and deliver the localization of Voodoo games titles and marketing creatives in Japan
• Developing a trusting relationship with the best Japanese teams and ensure good follow-up
• Contribute to the execution of a best in class studios platform
• Review culturalization design and communicate with global studio and 3rd party developer
• Ability to deconstruct and analyse mobile game mechanics
• Competitor analysis from hyper casual/casual games in Japanese market
• Present guidelines and provide consultation to fully localize ingame content (gameplay, features, levels, IAP mechanics, etc)
• Build a release pipeline and a product database
• Spreading Voodoo’s culture and processes
• Voodooの日本のゲームタイトルとマーケティングのプロジェクトマネージメントとローカリゼーション
• 日本の外部開発チームと良好な関係の構築とフォローアップ
• スタジオプラットフォームの実行に貢献
• カルチュラリゼーションのレビューとグローバルスタジオ、外部開発チームとの連絡
• モバイルゲームのメカニズムの理解と分析
• ハイパーカジュアル/カジュアルゲーム競合会社の日本市場分析
• ゲーム内コンテンツ(ゲームプレイ、機能、レベル、IAP(アプリ内課金等)のフルローカリゼーションのガイドライン設定と協議
• リリースパイプラインとプロダクトデータベースの作成
• Voodoo社の文化とワークフローの展開

Must have・応募資格

• 5+ years experience as a in Games localisation required, preferably including at least 2 years working on mobile gaming
• Passionate about games and digital products, and crafting fun/compelling user experiences
• Good game balancing UX/UI sensitivity
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• You find creative solutions to problems in a fast moving environment
• An advocate for strategy which takes user research, data, and industry trends into account, while being comfortable taking calculated risks
• Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
• Great networking skills
• Embodies values of the company
• Japanese - Native / English - Business
• ゲームローカリゼーションにおける5年以上の経験。最低2年間のモバイルゲームでの経験が好ましい。
• ゲーム、デジタルプロダクト、楽しくやりがいのあるユーザー体験製作に対する熱い思いがある方
• ゲームバランス(UX/UI)の知識がある方
• 分析とコミュニケーション能力に長けている方
• 日々変化する環境や問題に帝王できる想像力のある方
