Local Marketing Manager India subcontinent

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and agile member to drive marketing activations for the Gameloft business in India Market. Person should have sound understanding of marketing concepts, which he/she can apply innovatively to engage with multiple audience sets across varied business verticals. Strong communication skills are a must.
- Communication
Increase our company and games’ exposure on your market
Address key actors of our industry: advertisers & agencies, platforms, carriers and OEMs, licensors, current & future employees
Select and activate suitable channels and means: free or sponsored coverage, events hosting or attendance, PR agency or direct media pitching, etc.
- Advertising
Manage a budget for untracked user acquisition (influencers, TV) and brand campaigns (various channels)
Forecast, buy media, run campaigns, analyze outcomes, and report to headquarter marketing teams
Deliver results above ROI thresholds defined internally for each campaign type
- App Store Optimization (ASO)
Improve games’ reach and product page conversion on the App Store and Google Play
Adapt global keywords strategy to your market
Provide guidance and insight to localize store assets (icons, screenshots, description, video)
- Marketing Activations and Partnerships
Develop branding for our games and reach additional audiences through associations with 3rd parties
Deploy 360 operations sold by our internal advertising sales team, eSports programs, and other local activations
Develop local co-marketing with licensors and Vivendi entities.
Qualifications
BBA/MBA in Marketing
2-5 Years in marketing field with strong experience on Digital Marketing and entertainment industry
