Local IT Team Lead [Operations]

Job Description
As a Local IT Lead at Massive Entertainment you'll lead a team of Local IT Technicians (10) and supervise the support of workstations, servers and other IT systems for more than 650 employees. The team's role is to ensure all computers and systems are running smoothly and that any incidents are taken care of in a timely manner, and you'll report to the Local IT Site Manager.
Responsibilities
- Leading the onsite IT team, including recruitment, training, coaching, communicating job expectations and appraising performance.
- Planing, organizing and evaluating the day-to-day team operations.
- Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies and procedures.
- Making sure that security policies and backup routines are being followed. Acting on security incidents.
- Implementing organizational policies in accordance with user needs.
- Identifying problematic areas and suggesting strategic solutions.

Qualifications
You as a person are service minded and care about both the results, and individual development of your team. You're a proactive problem solver who's demonstrated resilience and flexibility to navigate through an agile work environment. Not only this, but you're an excellent communicator in English (our company language), which helps you coach your team and support internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 2-years proven work experience leading a mid-large size IT-team (we currently have 10-Technicians).
- Minimum 3-years proven work experience with on-site IT-support.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Working knowledge with Office 365.
- Working knowledge with Active Directory.
- BS in IT, Computer Science, MIS a similar field or equivalent work experience.
