Local IT Intern (f/m/d)

Job Description

As a Local IT Intern, you will be assisting the IT staff on supporting the on-site employees of Ubisoft Berlin and the remote employees of Ubisoft Warsaw for 6 months. You will learn how to support game developers, how to work in a global company and much more.

What you will do:

• Offer on-site and remote support to end users within the local responsibility
• Ensure approved security best practices and policies are being applied
• Provisioning and maintaining the employees work environment
• Maintaining the local meeting room configurations
• Provides support for events & meetings
• Support employees during equipment moves
• Maintain the IT asset inventory
• Build and update documentation
• Maintain a good customer relation

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Any relevant education in Information Technology
• First experience in technical support to end users is beneficial
• Knowledge in PC and laptop support
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Great team spirit
• Good dexterity and ability to perform manual labor
• Good listening and communication skills
• Customer service mindset
