We are looking for strong team members to make EverMerge the best merge game in the market.Pay Range$67,359-$125,096What you'll doWork with cross-functional teams, including product, design, analysts, data scientists, developers, art, quality assurance and customer service to drive business performance and positive customer sentimentMonitor and regularly report on the live-service issues and player feedbackCollaborate with Product Managers to release new event types, AB Tests, and new monetization strategiesSupport Product Marketing on messaging and engagement campaignsDesign and execute A/B tests, track and measure experiments around retention, user conversion, and sales to improve engagement and monetizationBuild out live ops systems & tools to enhance our live ops capabilitiesHelps the overall research approach, ensuring that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis & deep insights into customer needs and how the roadmap addresses those needWhat we're looking for1+ years of work experience in an online gaming company (Relevant experience may include Customer Support, QA, Community Manager but not exclusive to)Experience in Live Operations, QA, or Product Management in game preferredHighly organized with a strong attention to detailPassion for great products and a deep empathy for usersExcellent at problem solvingStrong verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative, team player that thrives in cross-discipline teamsPreferred Qualifications:Gaming experience highly preferred, particularly with top-performing mobile free-to-play gameExperience with third-party CRM/mobile marketing tools, such as Leanplum and analytic tools, such as Looker Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
