Job Description
Live Producer
As a Live Producer, you will actively participate to our gamers’ acquisition and retention strategy by improving their connected experience and developing a variety of adequate services and tools. You will lead the evolution of the game and its services, before and after their release. You will also be proactive in finding solutions to contribute to additional player acquisition and incomes.
You will lead all the various live operations and coordinate it between production, IT, business, marketing and community teams. Your main missions will be:
Production:
· Define the game overall live strategy to ensure it is ready at the early stage of the production process and iterate with the Producer and Creative Director
· Participate to the definition of gamers’ retention strategies
· Participate to monetization strategies
· Define live operations and events and plan their schedule on a long-term basis
· Define production short and mid-term needs to sustain these live operations
· Supervise the development of adequate processes and tools to deploy and operate the game, its features and services in order to engage, retain and monetize
· Help the Brand Director spread marketing and business requirements within the production team
Operation:
- Ensure the constant availability of the game and its services in collaboration with GNS
- Monitor players issues along with the BI and define the actions to be taken to solve it
- Organize and coordinate the post-launch support with the different stakeholders (IT, Business, Marketing, CRM…)
- ·Ensure that the game is data-tracked in a way that enables thorough analysis
- Use these analytics to define operational choices/priorities
- Coordinate with the Marketing a close community follow-up through data analysis to understand gamers’ concerns and feedback
- Update the post-launch strategy when required, using KPIs and data
Management:
- Establish the required skills in the live team and make sure of their variety (business, marketing, online, web)
- Coordinate all required actions (in terms of connectivity, infrastructure, web) with the different IT teams
- Manage the P&L of all post-launch actions (costs and incomes)
