Live Ops Specialist

Keywords Studios is looking for a talented Live Operations Specialist that would join a global team and support the development of applications for both internal and external customers. You will ensure that the software created by the developers is fit for purpose and any bug is removed within the software before it gets deployed to everyday user. You will also be responsible for support the end-users through the Jira Service Desk platform, providing help, documentation and escalating the issues to the Development Team

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Analyze use cases and create/update test cases.
• Execute different levels of testing (End to end testing, Graphical interface testing, Regression testing, Usability Testing, etc.)
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Provide Support and Documentation
• Collaborate closely with End Users and Developers Team
• Test Automation

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in QA.
• Experience designing and managing test cases
• Comfortable with structured testing methodology (Agile)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira ServiceDesk)

• Selenium
• JavaScript
