The World of Warcraft development team is seeking a talented Producer to help bolster Release Management responsibilities for our epic content updates.
You will champion our release management process across all disciplines to help ensure we deliver quality content to our players. You have strong project management skills to help identify, escalate, and mitigate risks associated with our releases. Your highly collaborative and inclusive approach ensures successful partnership with teams across Blizzard.

This is a full-time position at our office in Irvine, California.
Covid-19 Hiring Update: We’ve transitioned to a work-from-home model and we’re continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore possible interim options.
What you will do:
- Coordinate efforts of the content development and release cycle, ensuring smooth and timely communication among stakeholders from inception to release
- Level up and maintain content release standards and documentation
- Collaborate with developers and partner teams to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks associated with content updates
- Promote and contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a game production or project management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with game development disciplines, processes, and pipelines
- Passion for video games
We are also interested in hearing about:
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with release management
- Passion for game development and MMO games
- Knowledge of World of Warcraft gameplay and systems

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
