Monetization Manager

Description

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

We are looking for a highly skilled Monetization Manager which will join for our growing Solitaire Pets Adventure studio.

The Monetization Manager will be responsible for the game live ops content and activities, from planning & conception, through design and execution.

As part of you work you will work with many disciplines across the game such as: Art, Product, Economy, customer service and operations in order to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that build loyal users.

Position manages function and process but not people.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage full-cycle Live Ops promotions including setting goals, planning, execution, and postmortem examination.

·Work closely with art team – write briefs and requirements for live ops promotions and ensure implementation as required.

·Possess a deep understanding of existing game mechanics and how to best utilize them within Live Ops

·Integrate supporting player-facing communication, including both external communications through multiple channels (push notifications, Community posts, personal email marketing, etc.) and internal in-game messaging

·Perform competitive research to understand trends in the industry

Requirements

·Creative mind!

·At least 2 years of experience as a live ops / monetization / CRM manager / marketing manager – must.

·Experience working in a game team – Big advantage.

·Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew, both player-facing and internal (team-facing)

·Motivated and derived, can-do approach.

·Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics

·Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or within a team environment

·Experience in UX/UI - a big advantage.

·Game design knowledge
