The Live Ops Manager will play a key role in providing users with exciting and engaging experiences within the Mistplay app on a recurring basis. The position’s main objective is to activate our userbase through the launch of events, promotions, and additional in-app marketing initiatives to drive retention and revenue.
You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing department, product team, and other stakeholders.

L'objectif principal du poste est de mobiliser notre base d'utilisateurs en lançant des événements, des promotions et d'autres actions de marketing in-app afin de stimuler la rétention et d'augmenter les revenus.
Rattaché·e au directeur du Marketing, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres du service Marketing, l'équipe Produits et les autres acteurs concernés.
Key responsibilities // Vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes:
- Define ongoing live ops strategies, pipelines, and processes in alignment with business goals.
- Setup and deploy in-app events, promotions, and additional marketing campaigns.
- Leverage in-app messaging, push notifications, and email to drive campaign awareness.
- Measure and report on performance while continuously optimizing via A/B testing.
- Ensure aligned user lifecycle engagement strategies across UA, Sales, and Product teams.
- Work closely with the dev team on feature design and infrastructure to craft innovative live ops opportunities.

- Mesurer et rendre compte des performances tout en procédant continuellement à des optimisations via des tests A/B.
- Assurer la cohérence des stratégies d'engagement du cycle de vie des utilisateurs entre les équipes Acquisition Utilisateurs, Ventes et Produits.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Développement sur la conception des fonctionnalités et l'infrastructure afin de générer des opportunités live ops innovantes.
Qualifications // Compétences et expérience requises:
- 3-5 years of experience in mobile marketing and/or live operations.
- Proven track record of driving user engagement for a brand or product.
- Expertise in campaign planning & project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for creativity, and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to make informed data-driven decisions based on performance insights.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry or ad-tech is a plus.
- Experience using 3rd party tools like Leanplum or Braze is a plus.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le marketing mobile et/ou les live operations.
- Expérience avérée dans la stimulation de l'engagement des utilisateurs pour une marque ou un produit.
- Expertise en planification de campagnes et en gestion de projets.
- Excellentes aptitudes aux relations interpersonnelles, don pour la créativité et mentalité orientée données.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées, fondées sur les données et basées sur les perspectives de performance.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et maîtrise de l'anglais.
- La connaissance de l'industrie des jeux mobiles ou de l'AdTech est un plus.
- L'expérience de l'utilisation d'outils tiers comme Leanplum ou Braze est un atout.
