Live Operations Producer / Analyst

PerBlue is looking for a talented Live Operations Producer (aka Live Operations Analyst)to join our team. We’re a quickly growing independent studio whose free-to-play midcore mobile games have been played by millions of people around the world, including our recently launched Disney Heroes: Battle Mode game. We’re looking for a detail oriented, optimization driven, and results-focused individual with a passion for free-to-play game economies and player communities.

As a Live Operations Producer, you will play a key role that will directly impact hundreds of thousands of players daily. You’ll work directly with our Chief Product Officer and be responsible for maximizing game KPIs and player experiences. You’ll drive retention and monetization of our player bases by designing, testing, and optimizing sales and events through analysis of our in-game economies and other data sources. This highly cross-functional and influential role interacts regularly with management, marketing, business intelligence, community support, and development teams.

Our ideal candidate is extremely efficient, proactive, and effectively able to take ownership of multiple processes and projects at one time. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll become the go-to expert on the health and state of our games, and you should be motivated to get to know the ins and outs of every detail of our in-game economies, game mechanics, and player communities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher such as MBA) in Business, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience running free-to-play game economies and communities strongly preferred
• Experience with monetization and MMO / RPG / Strategy game mechanics preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with producers, developers, and management
• Good technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Familiar with Tableau and Excel

This is a full time position based in Madison, WI. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
