Live Operations Manager

Wargaming is looking to hire a LiveOps Manager to work on the company’s products in the CIS and China regions.
The LiveOps CIS team consists of seasoned professionals and operates several products including World of Tanks. Our primary goal is to achieve product KPIs of player engagement, monetization, and acquisition. The team has various competencies and experience; we believe in open-mildness and collaboration. Together, we will dive deep into all aspects of game mechanics and models, formulate and implement data-driven insights, and plan events. In this position, you will have lots of opportunities to apply and enhance your skills.
What will you do?
- Plan and implement in-game activities aimed at maintaining player interest, increasing monetization, and meeting product KPIs
- Develop and launch measurable tests for hypotheses; work with the team of analysts on audience targeting, metric prognostication, test optimization and assessment of test results; provide data for ops dashboards
- Maintain communication with LiveOps teams from other regions to share knowledge and the best practices and contribute to in-game events together
- Manage several gaming products in several regions, collecting, processing, and analyzing data, and presenting it to the management
- Perform competitive research, including that of monetization peculiarities of similar products and overall market leaders
- Analyze, create, and fine-tune monetization models for new gaming products; provide support for product monetization managers
- Analyze player behavior and game models; collaborate with the Community team to understand player behavior and demands
- Cooperate with other departments (Localization, Asset Production, Community, and Customer Support) on issues related to in-game activities.
What are we looking for?
- Great communication skills, ability to persuade people and act on their feedback
- Data-based creative thinking
- Knowledge of key online project indicators like MAU, ARPU, retention, etc.
- Understanding of online project monetization principles
- Good knowledge of Wargaming products, understanding of their internal economics and related communication channels
- Analytical mind keen on structuring data
- Experienced MS Excel user
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
