Live Operations Data Analyst

POSITION TITLE:

Live Operations Data Analyst

POSITION DUTIES:

Provide analytics support for World of Tanks monetization, retention and reengagement effort in North American region. Analyze campaigns, estimating statistical significance and results uplifts. Build automated reporting to track publishing activities. Provide data for targeted campaigns. Design measurable in-game monetization and retention tests. Use historical data and market data to identify and suggest business growth opportunities. Work with Wargaming Analytics teams to define user segmentation and life-time value metrics; work with data science teams to create and implement propensity models that predict churn, engagement, and other user behaviors. Interact with regional product groups to build yearly and monthly product forecasts.

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics or related field.

EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) years of experience in the position offered, as a market intelligence analyst, business analyst or a related occupation.

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with the following: SQL; Excel; Statistics; Tableau; Data visualization tools; Impala/Hive, Toad, SAS EG, Excel for extracting data and conducting analysis; JIRA for setting up and following up on tasks; eMarsys and SendSay for checking if email providers are working correctly; Confluence for documentation, process and research description; Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF for ad-hoc analysis/research; Tableau for reporting; and internally developed platform PRMP (Player Relationship Management Platform) for setting up in-game campaign.
