Not only will you become an essential member of an international, multicultural team that possesses a wide array of experiences, but you’ll observe how big data projects are set up and carried out. You’ll also use real-life datasets to find relevant solutions to real-world problems.

As a Live Operations Coordinator Intern, you’ll create, analyze, and optimize various in-game features and specials that can engage users. Under the supervision of your mentors, you’ll work as a critical team member on World of Tanks-related projects, as well as other unreleased games, to solve emerging problems in a systematic, data-driven manner.

This paid, part-time internship lasts for 6 months from July 18, 2022 to January 18, 2023. Preference will be given to candidates who are ready, able to join us in the Prague studio, and eligible to work in the Czech Republic (EU nationals and people holding a valid work/study visa).

Julien Alphonse (Live Operations Lead Europe)

An experienced analyst and game monetization specialist, Julien is currently leading the Live Operations Team for Europe. He possesses a wide range of responsibilities from research and monetization to pioneering Wargaming’s personalization efforts.

Arthur Bricout (Live Operations Analyst)

Arthur’s focus is product data analysis that combines high-level trend building and forecasting. He also reports on monetization and game events while providing day-to-day support to business decision-makers regarding KPIs, metrics, and business models.

Margaux Frank (Senior Player Relationship Manager)

Margaux started with Wargaming as part of the Player Relationship Platform in Europe, Wargaming’s principal in-house CRM tool. She is currently in charge of building sophisticated special events in collaboration with game designers, web developers, and data scientists across the world.

Miguel Varey Berzosa (Live Operations Producer)

Miguel is the brain behind many of the World of Tanks’ specials and monetization beats. He is an experienced monetization professional and an excellent project manager.

Andrey Nichiperovich, Lead Live Operations Producer

Andrey started his career in Wargaming as an event coordinator in 2013. A long thorny path led him to his current position. Currently, he is in charge of special live-ops events, as well as the optimization of current monetization and engagement Live Ops systems.
