Live Operations Coordinator

WGames is a data-driven company that has integrated data in all its key decision-making processes. Its because of this reason, the role of data analyst requires that the candidate go far beyond simple reporting and delivering high level analysis. Instead, the data analyst will be a core part in the decision-making process, where they will autonomously propose, construct, and deliver data solutions that will have a real impact on our games.

Key Responsibilities

The live ops coordinator will help define and deploy the live operations calendar for our social casino products. He will work closely with multiple stakeholders in production, data team, Monetization team and will be actively involved in the improvement of our tools, processes and product features.

The ideal candidate is someone very organized and with a desire to always learn about live operations for digital products. The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast paced environment.

  • Working closely with the VP of product management, Data analysts, and the Production team to define the live operation calendar for our game
  • Building a data driven in-depth plan and oversee its implementation in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and setting up the various in-game communication channels (asset creation, push notifications, emailetc.)
  • Monitoring the events’ performances and optimize them to increase overall performance
  • Work with product team on improving tools and features
  • Analyzing competitors and identify new opportunities

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or an equivalent field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1 year of professional experience in an online/B2C business or media agency
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Good understanding of statistics
  • Knowledge of free-to-play mobile games, social casino is a big plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools
