Live Operations Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a Live Ops Associate who will support the publishing team of World of Warships Blitz in Berlin. You will be working closely with the Art and Product department ensuring the game operates smoothly.

Reports to

Live Operations Manager

What will you do?

Implement, QA, and execute in-game events and promotions to drive monetization, player engagement, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate the localization process for the Live Ops events
Work closely with the LiveOps Manager and the product team, to help develop new monetization and retention strategies
Interest in learning how to analyze and interpret data, and validate hypotheses through experiments

What are we looking for?

2-3+ years of experience in Live Operations
Self-starter, team player, humble and motivated
Advanced level of Excel, a good understanding of data analytics and statistics
Ability to quickly adapt and navigate challenges of Live Services
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

What additional skills will help you stand out?

Strong interest in Live Operation of free-to-play games
Experience in a similar role on a free-to-play game
Knowledge of SQL
