Live Game Producer

Job Description

• Lead the game development team (game design, art, programming, QA, etc.) to continuously create engaging content for mobile and console platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on monetization and marketing to shape and implement the live-ops roadmap.
• Analyze the game, players, competitors, and performance to enhance player experience.
• Manage team organization, workflows, planning, documentation, and communication for timely delivery.
• Foster a team culture of responsibility, collaboration, respect, engagement, diversity and inclusion.
• Develop team competencies to tackle new challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams and game development projects, including at least 1 year in a leadership role for a live-game project.
• Passion for games with strong industry knowledge, and deep understanding of live games.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology for Agile project development, with hands-on experience managing projects using Jira.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented with high standards of work.
• Highly adaptable with excellent multitasking skills in a fast-changing and challenging environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
