Litigation Counsel

Roblox is looking for an experienced Litigation Counsel to join our Legal team. In this role, you will manage and drive strategy for a variety of high-profile litigation and pre-litigation matters, including regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust, and commercial disputes, and other content-related matters. We are a growing legal team working on complex issues in a fun, exciting, and evolving environment.
You will:
- Collaborate with and manage outside counsel
- Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks
- Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities
- Develop creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes
- Balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once, with eagerness to take on cutting-edge legal issues
- Be a self-starter and able to develop strategies, manage tight timelines, provide regular reporting, and work independently with minimal supervision
You have:
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5 + years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
- Experience defending litigation with state and federal regulators
- Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Capable of develop strategies, manage tight timelines, provide regular reporting, and work independently with minimal supervision
