Line Producer - (Contract)

The Line Producer will lead in the management of the animation team producing a Sci-Fi/Action/ CGI series. This individual will work closely with the Head writer, Supervising Director, and team at Rooster Teeth to deliver the series to HBO Max on time and on budget.

Home base is located in Burbank and regular travel to 3 rd party studio will be necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the script through delivery of an 8-episode CGI Sci-Fi series
• Create & maintain production updates, tracking & reporting
• Be the production point of contact for legal, business affairs, and accounting and assist with submission of and maintenance on any required paperwork for union status, cash flow funding, and other projects.
• Be the primary conduit of communication with 3rd party studio in Vancouver and home base studio in Austin
• Assure successful delivery to per HBO Max delivery specifications

Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree or equivalent practical experience5 years of studio and production management experience in an animation studio
• Basic knowledge of the 3D- CGI TV animation pipeline with an outsourcing to Canada component
• Strong oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Good organizational strategic aptitude
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google suiteKnowledge of Shotgun
