Job Description
Gameloft, an international publisher and developer of video games for smartphones and tablets, is seeking a gifted Licensing and Production Coordinator Intern to join our team under a paid internship.
As part of the Global Marketing Department the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of our teams both locally and internationally, while working on real projects that will help toward Gameloft’s successes. This role is located in our award winning Barcelona development studio, and will also work and coordinate with our international teams including International Product Managers, Global Community Managers, PR & Marketing managers, video teams, and asset creation teams.
As Licensing and Production Coordinator Intern you will learn and apply:
Project Management
- Work on the Asphalt brand, Gameloft’s multimillion dollar grossing arcade racing game franchise.
- Support the Game Development throughout the evolution of the product.
- Support the Marketing and Community Management team in their Marketing strategy and plan.
- Work closely with the award winning Asphalt production and Live-Operation team.
Car Licensing
- Develop a relationship with automobile manufacturers to assist the Production teams with licensing approvals.
- Keep track of all approvals by updating and controlling the licensing spreadsheet for all Projects you will work with.
- Coordinate the Licensing status process with the Licensing Manager.
- Assist with the coordination of game approvals with copyrights owner (such as Lamborghini, Porsche, etc.)
- Assist the Licensing Coordinator managing the approval procedures for different Projects around the World.

Qualifications
- University level studies in Marketing, Communication, Business or other related discipline.
- Must be able to sign an internship agreement with University/School
- Knowledge and passion for video games - from hardcore games to casual social games, and entertainment as a whole.
- Knowledge and passion for cars and car culture.
- Perfectly fluent in English (both written and oral).
- Talented communicator, proactive and outgoing.
- Able to work indepently.
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Strong analytical skills.
