Merchandise Licensing & Partnerships Manager

Job Overview

Wargaming Prague is looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of a Licensing & Partnerships Manager for World of Tanks, to help drive our Licensing developments in Europe. We expect you to come on board full of ideas, plans and a vision for our game. As a Licensing & Partnerships Manager, you will be involved in bringing new World of Tanks merchandise to market, planning and organizing the marketing campaigns, and analyzing the results.

Reports To

The Licensing & Partnerships Manager will report to Senior Licensing & Partnerships Manager.

What will you do?

• Manage day to day communication with licensees across various product categories
• Manage and coordinate the product approvals, the partners requests, the royalties statements & payments and liaise with the different department of the Company.
• Develop and manage relationships with the partners to secure the development of quality products to extend the gamers’ experience.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new key business partners to the company for licensing, promotion and partnerships deals in line with the Company’s strategy. Work with Product teams and other internal teams to validate partners.
• Recommend and coordinate the organization of cross-promotional programs and marketing activities (asset requests, code management, partner contributions, and logistics). Analyse and identify key learnings from each cross-promotion campaign. Negotiate best deal terms for the Company that delivers on Product Group objectives.
• Assist with other business projects and initiatives from the business development department.
• All other duties that may be assigned by the Company and that would be included in the scope of the Employee’s qualifications.

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge in Licensing industry with at least 2 years’ experience
• Business oriented thinking, understanding of license agreements
• Organized, rigorous, creative, autonomous, you show initiative and have good interpersonal skills to join our team.
• Team player
• Fluent English
• Experience in Microsoft Office

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Other languages are a plus (French, German, Polish)
• Creative mindset
